Walk through Ōwairaka this spring and you'll see a neighbourhood that's well and truly taking shape. More than 640 new homes are complete, with around 280 more under construction, and whānau are already settling in.
STRONG FOUNDATIONS, NOW HOMES TAKING ROOT
All physical works are complete across all four stages, enabling over 1,160 homes. That includes a $34 million stormwater network in a neighbourhood that never had one. It separates stormwater from the old combined wastewater system, reducing flooding and sewer overflows.
