We asked the students of Wesley Intermediate to share what they envision for the future of their neighbourhood. The students let their imaginations go wild with visions of futuristic homes, from tree houses to flying houses, beautifully designed cultural homes and whānau homes with a fun-filled playground for tamariki.
With the help of a local artist they created some awesome artwork that wraps around the corner of Sandringham Rd and William Blofield Ave. Take a look at some of the highlights from the artwork-unveiling event in the gallery below. Or, check it out next time you’re by the school!
