We loved hosting the Ōwairaka Sales Day on November 26 and reopening our neighbourhood Info Cube at its new location on Hendon Ave. 

The Ōwairaka Sales Day was a fantastic opportunity for aspiring Auckland home buyers to meet our valued build partners including Jalcon Homes, Neilston Homes and Property Partners - who were all on-hand to answer questions and show people around. 



Lots of long-time Ōwairaka locals came along on the day as well. It was lovely connecting with the community over delicious espresso coffee, free hot dogs and great chats about Kāinga Ora homeownership support products. 

For anyone who couldn't make it on the day, our friendly Ōwairaka Info Cube team will be available Thursday and Saturday from 10am-4pm at the Cube’s new Hendon Ave location to answer questions about what’s happening in this up-and-coming part of town. 

For those who don’t know already, Ōwairaka is a central, boutique neighbourhood in Mount Albert, only 8 km from Auckland's CBD. Ōwairaka is all about stylish modern homes, wide leafy streets, easy transport networks, eclectic eateries, great schools, iconic landmarks and proud sporting culture.
