Waikōwhai is part of the Roskill Development, led by Kāinga Ora, with a vision to revitalise the neighbourhood through high-quality housing and upgraded community infrastructure.
This development will bring around 1,150 brand-new homes, thoughtfully designed for modern living. The community will feature a variety of options, including standalone houses, terraces, duplexes, and apartments. Around 40% of these homes will be Kāinga Ora properties, with the remainder offering a mix of market and affordable housing.
